
Pilates exercises emphasize strength building, balance and mental focus. Regular practice will systematically strengthen all the muscles groups in your body.
Below is just a small sampling of Pilates exercises. Most Pilates exercises may be modified to accomodate each individual's fitness level and body type. We recommend that you work with a certified Pilates instructor or instructional DVD to build your own personal practice.
